To reset your password, you can search for your account either by your Username or the Email address associated with your account.

• To search using your Username, enter your Username in the Username field and click on the Search button directly below it.
• To search using the Email address associated with your account, enter your email address in the Email address field and click on the Search button directly below it.

Do not enter both a Username and Email address, as you can only search using one or the other.

An email will be sent to the address associated with your account with instructions on how to reset your password.
